Being In Love Is To Cast Out Meaningless Differences

As people, we so often bicker with one another, arguing over what are meaningless differences. But to be in love with someone is to see beyond those differences and quickly bring those differences to an end, or to anticipate them, and not allow them to start.

A simple way to assess a meaningless difference is to ask yourself, will this issue matter a year from now? Will it even matter a month or a week from now? And is it worth getting upset about, or instead would it be better to give that person a warm smile, a hug and a kiss and move on?

The answers to these questions will guide you, and allow you to focus on what really matters, which is the love between the two of you.
