Everyone you meet desires a sincerely stated compliment, kind words that touch their hearts and make them feel good about themselves, and feel good about you for expressing those words. For example:
Today during a doctor's appointment, I had not seen this doctor in a few years and when she came into the room, she had clearly taken off weight and made a very nice appearance. I told her how nice she looked and she proudly spoke of her weight loss.
Later a woman walked by wearing a stunning purple and blue scarf and I told her how beautiful her scarf was as she beamed with joy to hear those words. Then there was another woman who offered a warm welcome into her firm's offices and I complimented her smile and her warm welcome. She blushed in reply.
These compliments are all expressed with love, and it makes no difference the person's gender, color, age, religion or any other factor other than for them to know something about them is special and it is appreciated. Try treating people like this and you will begin uplifting the world one person at a time.
