Today at the end of a telephone conversation with Anne, I blew her a kiss. Her voice lit up but she only blew a soft, low volume kiss back at me. Her modesty was irresistible and I blew her another kiss, when just above a whisper, she replied, "I'm inside a store sweetie."
We laughed and wished each other well. But dear reader, blowing a kiss over the telephone to your significant other is fun to do, for it expresses such love and joy and brings that person happiness, which in turn brings you happiness.
And if from time to time it isn't the most convenient moment to share that kiss, it still brings a smile to and lifts the heart of the person who receives it.
