Is there something special your significant other has given you that lives within your heart? Something you deeply treasure?
In 1964, for my 19th birthday, Anne gave me a 5 inch tall doll with a message on a big yellow hat that reads "Mr. BIG - V.I.P." The doll is blue and wearing a black bow tie on a white shirt with a red, white and black plaid vest and he's smoking a cigar, a sign of success for male corporate titans at the time.
She believed I would one day become a business success and this was her way of expressing that belief. But to me it was and is special because she took the time to shop for it and select it for me, with the very best of wishes in her heart.
All these years later, that "Mr. Big" doll is on display in my office and it reminds me of her love, as it also puts a smile on my face, a great way to enjoy any day.
