An Expression Of Love For A Stranger

Most of us have people who come to our home, apartment complex or farm to do work. A gardener, a plumber, a laborer, a delivery person or who serve us in some other role.

But while we believe we care for humanity, how many of us think of these people as the human beings they are? People with families and with feelings just as we have.

Sometimes these "strangers" speak a different language or come from a different culture. But that makes them no less human.

As an expression of love we can offer them warm greetings, ask their names, provide some water, make a bathroom break available and in general treat them as we would want to be treated.

For love, kindness and respect are appreciated by all of mankind, regardless of language and culture and need no translation to touch heart after heart.
