This morning as we finished breakfast, my wife Anne came behind where I was sitting and gave me a great big hug, followed by a shoulder rub.
It felt so good and it was a wonderful way to start the day, a way I recommend to you dear reader with that special person in your life.
We then exchanged words of "I love you," and the day had begun in the nicest of ways.
