Although many people mask it, all around us are people who are depressed, in pain or heaped in sadness or despair.
Because we don't always recognize these conditions within others, it is an excellent policy to offer a little hope everywhere we go.
A smile, a few kind words, a sincere compliment or even a simple helping hand can go a very long way to offering that hope. And hope is contagious. As you offer it to others, you too will catch more of it.
