This is how my Uncle Gene, a gourmet chef as a hobby, expressed his love for people. It took him hours shopping for food and additional hours in its preparation and the more his guests appreciated his food, the happier he became.
Others of us don't have such superior cooking or baking skills, but we can still express our love by buying meals as we join with loved ones to savor that food and enjoy each other's company.
It is simply love expressed in food, something all of us can feel and be thankful for.
