Saying Goodbye To Bitterness

Why be bitter? It does nothing but harm us.

When we are bitter, our anger stresses our minds and bodies, causing us emotional and physical harm. This harm damages us and hurts those who love and care for us, not those who upset us.

Instead of becoming bitter, we must release that negative energy through forgiveness however hard that may be for us to do.

Once we do, our hearts can open to a whole new set of wonderful possibilities as they becomes free to attract the joyous energy that surrounds us.
