Being a father or serving in that role where no father has assumed that responsibility is marvelous for the love and joy it can bring to everyone involved.
There is no other feeling like the one that comes when you bring happiness to a child and you share in that happiness from the deepest part of your soul.
And you know in your heart you are doing something else vitally important:
You are setting a wonderful example for what a father can be, a compassionate loving human being confident enough to make himself vulnerable to a little someone whose heart is in need of love and whose impressionable mind is absorbing every element of this ideal manhood.
