Although it takes only a moment, when you hug one of your loved ones, you are expressing something that goes beyond words.
Each person you hug feels your warmth and your caring for them and as nice as it would be for them to also hear you say, "I love you," they can feel your love. Think of the joy your hugs bring into their lives.
