We all seek love but sometimes some of us have difficulty finding it. When this happens, the reason is often that we are not lovable.
To be lovable is to open our hearts to others, by taking a sincere interest in them. Being attentive listeners, offering support with no expectation of anything given in return, being enthusiastic and happy rather than being condemning and critical (sometimes called "realistic") and having a kind word or two accompanied by the warm glow of a smile. These are some of the attributes that make us lovable and irresistible to others.
Live from your heart and not from your ego. Give instead of take and hug instead of grab. You will soon become lovable even to yourself.
