An Easy Way To Find The Courage To Take Action

So many people are afraid to take bold action to meet and speak with the mate they have long dreamed of, or to make other important decisions that they feel are right for them. If you are one of those people, may I offer you the following suggestion:

This suggestion comes from a popular movie, "We Bought a Zoo," (2011), starring Matt Damon, and the premise I am about to share with you was used several times in the movie, including a beautiful sequence of how Damon's character meets and eventually marries the lady of his dreams.

After first seeing her, he just needed 20 seconds to break the ice, to say something to her, and for 20 seconds he found that courage.

The movie premise is this, "You only have to be courageous for 20 seconds." It's a great premise and it is true. If you can muster the courage to approach the mate of your dreams for just 20 seconds to start a conversation, or act on something else you know is right for you, it can make all the difference in the world.

Just 20 seconds of courage, and your life could change dramatically for the better.
