In the bright golden sunlight this morning, was the magnificent scent of jasmine in bloom, the little white jasmine flowers setting in front of roses blooming in various shades of red, purple, pink, yellow and white.
Behind them were majestic towering green pine and eucalyptus trees and high above was a sky so clear and blue, it looked like the ocean off the shores of Maui.
We all have our issues to deal with, but for a moment in time, it was as if the earth shared a cascade of warmth and beauty, a cascade so potent, it could capture the imagination and the heart of any soul who witnessed it.
