"This is a hug for no reason," I told Anne this morning as she ate her breakfast and read the newspaper as I walked over and hugged her and kissed the top of her head.
With a smile, she said "Thank you," and I could tell I touched her heart and brought a little joy into her life. And it is oh see easy to do when one lets one's gentle and loving feelings be one's guide.
