Christmas is a shopping bonanza, and if you are like me and don't feel compelled to shop, but your spouse does, be the supporter she needs by watching the children.
Ideally, with a big smile, volunteer your services.
It is a loving act, one that will reduce her stress, and give her the sense that she has your support at a time when she needs to count on you.
