To your loved ones, the magical words, "I love you," can never be expressed too often.
These are words we all long to hear yet many people parcel them out as if they were in short supply.
Several times today I've told Anne, my wife of 49 years that I love her, often with hugs and kisses.
Tell your loved ones you love them and tell them often. Expressions of love come not from weakness but from strength and from self-confidence.
