Love is having someone special to hug you. Someone who loves you, nurtures you and fills your life with joy.
Not only is that true of your mate but if you have children or grandchildren, it is true as well. In fact you can receive warm and loving hugs from many of the people near you if only you are loving to them and not shy about offering your hugs.
As you get to know people and build a cordial relationship with them, simply smile and say, "May I offer you a hug?" Often the answer will be a welcoming and joyful yes as you bring more happiness into the lives of others as well as more into your own life.
