It is telling you that you need to be loved and to give love. If you aren't being loved and giving love, speak to the universe with all of your heart.
Tell it of your longings and tell it of how you will treasure your loved one if only you are given the opportunity to have such a person. Then open your heart in faith and allow the universe to work its magic in response.
Somewhere out there is the person you have been longing for and by telling the universe in all sincerity of how he or she will be loved and nurtured by you, you will have taken a very important step to making your hopes and dreams a reality.
But in this process, do a careful analysis of yourself as you consider the results of your prior relationships. Where there have been mistakes, acknowledge your role in what happened and grow wiser from this experience.
Otherwise you will be destined to repeat those mistakes and you will have done the universe, this special person you are seeking and yourself a huge disservice. The universe will bring you all the love and joy you hope for if you are worthy and ready for what you seek.
