It is amazing how changing our mindset can help us to discover love where we never saw it before.
What can cast a new light on love?
Seeking the best in others, sensing their vulnerabilities and relating them to our own vulnerabilities, discovering God within them or simply having a forgiving heart. Suddenly it is as if they have changed.
But here is the real secret:
It isn't others who have changed but us. For what we are actually seeing is the golden light that burns brightly within us, as it casts a new and loving glow on others, who we now see as our brethren and no longer as strangers.
